We delivered 4 UGC video concepts monthly to help diversify their asset mix past static images for Coinbase Pro. After testing over 6 months, ScaleFi was able to iterate on a winning hook around competitor fee comparisons driving 40% lower CACs on winning assets when compared to CACs during the initial launch of Coinbase Pro.
Squarespace acquired Unfold, a mobile app for quick video editing. They quickly needed to scale ad testing to drive mobile app installs but didn’t have internal performance marketing resources to do so. ScaleFi was able to deliver 5 batches of creative to test various value props and determine a winning ad strategy. ScaleFi also was able to train their team on testing and creative best practices as they built resourcing in-house compared to a more expensive general agency or internal hire that would’ve cost the team $85K - $150K.
Uber launched their new product Package which allowed local delivery of packages via Uber. Uber first launched with branded videos & static images but failed to see strong conversion improvement for their new product. ScaleFi was able to deliver 12 video concepts with 6 A/B tests allowing Uber to increase paid social spend month over month with strong UGC creative learnings. Uber was also able to apply these creative learnings to their paid landing pages and lifecycle campaigns resulting in lower CACs for Package.
